From the founding of the company, I decided we would not make Gin or any other spirit that you can get to market quicker. Many startup distilleries make and sell Gin, or another spirit, to bring in much needed capital in the tough early years before whisky becomes available to sell. Whisky is slow.
Although our whisky-only strategy comes with cash flow challenges, it also sharpens our focus and makes our whisky even more special. It’s the sole product we craft, and we strive every day to excel in it. This focused strategy will make our whisky much, much better over the long-term.
